Ronald Casas Montiveros, manifest\u00f3 que esta ordenanza municipal, ya se encuentra en vigencia y que el personal municipal, viene recorriendo varios puntos, donde se viene identificando construcciones sin licencia, a los cuales se les informa y notifica temporalmente, a quienes se les recomienda acercarse a regularizar sus documentos; quien adem\u00e1s indic\u00f3 que algunas personas han iniciado sus construcciones, pero no han tenido autorizaci\u00f3n, por eso invita a todos los vecinos a acogerse a estos beneficios.<\/p>\n<p>Casas Montiveros, agreg\u00f3 que con esta reducci\u00f3n de costos se asume que la poblaci\u00f3n va a tener mayor acceso a las solicitudes de licencia. Muchas veces las personas hac\u00edan un ahorro para la ejecuci\u00f3n de la obra, quedando pendiente el tema de la licencia, lo que era visto como un tema burocr\u00e1tico.<br \/>\nPor tanto, ejecutar obras de habilitaci\u00f3n urbana y\/o edificaci\u00f3n sin la respectiva licencia constituye una infracci\u00f3n administrativa.
